Autumn approaches. Birds are migrating. The sky is sometimes an intense blue and the sun is painfully bright. The waters of the lake are warm whilst the air is crisp and cool. Everything seems to be slowing down, taking flight or dancing a last dance in the sun before the real cold begins its arrival.
A house to celebrate all the spiraling complexities of this turning season.
Red leaves foundation on the purple sands, spiraling reed frame with feathered "walls".
Decorated minimally with flowers and fruits of the season.
A breathy place full of light, hope for renewal in the dark times that appear to be encroaching on our hearts.
Another view looking southward.... into the waning yet still brilliant sun.
Have a Blessed week.
