This is Chapel Pond in the Adirondack mountains. The ice was warming up and the pond was beginning to show signs of spring. We were to have a few days of sunny conditions so I knew it was time to try a large piece... a final gift to the Ice Faeries.I'll post one image per day this coming week to show you what was created. There are too many amazing photos to narrow it down to just one. Please come back ... I think you'll like what is about to happen in this lovely mountain lake.
