The Door to the Shire House!This was made in my studio and then brought with me to the site. I have to build the house up around it. A wee fungus roof keeps the rain off visiting faeries as they come and go.
The small cone in the front garden was one that was left as an offering by an unknown visitor. A special type of lichen that is normally high in the twigs of birch trees forms a lovely shrub.
I will reveal the whole house next time.
